I met a woman who was the lead singer for an all-girl band at a wild Packer bar called The Draft House in Las Vegas.

The female guitar player quit and they added in a new guy named Danny. So they needed new pictures for their promotional material. They really liked what I did so they hired me.

They played good classic rock and we’re not like a typical girl band. So they wanted pictures that show that they were tough.

This is one of the times that I had a very clear idea in my mind ahead of time. I told the women that I wanted them all to be in black dresses and black high heels with black sunglasses. And I was very adamant about that. So they did what I asked of them.

I managed to round up five black violin cases for them to carry and we went to lake Las Vegas to do the shoot.

I had them walking in a v and scanning the balconies like they were mob wives.

We got quite a few great images for them to use for the promotional material and they were exceptionally happy with the results.

Unfortunately there is a rock and roll legend that the photographer breaks up the band. Meaning that oftentimes bands break up after working with a photographer. So people have to be photoshopped into the pictures.
