I have been cooking from scratch since I was 17. I am an unabashed food snob. Foodie to a bit of an extreme.
I am driven to understand food and the cultures that express their heritage through their food and sharing. Not only through cooking and sharing but by capturing exceptional food photography that speaks to the culture of the cook.
I am on a mission to learn how to say “Dude, you gotta try this” in as many languages as my little brain can handle. Those are the dishes I want to try.
My alter ego is Chefe. I am the Boss in my kitchen. I have been working towards creating an upbeat cooking show for a little while now.
